Sky Health Services is a medical practice open to adults 65 years and older.
The providers and staff at Sky Health Services are passionate about treating older adults. We are inspired by the wisdom and life experiences of older adults, and believe in the dignity and vitality of aging.
We serve patients in the Boulder/ Denver area, including but not limited to Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, and Broomfield.

Primary Care
Sky Primary Care is here to be your medical home base. We take the time to get to know you and your medical history to develop a health plan specific to your needs.
CONSULTATION
There are many common health conditions in older adults that do not fit into distinct organ-based disease categories and often have multiple causes. During a geriatrics consultation, Dr. Giesen will explore these concerns and help develop a plan individualized for each patient.
