What to Expect at Your Initial Appointment

Your initial appointment with the physician will last up to an hour.  We will obtain a complete medical history, review your medications, and perform a physical exam.  We will also discuss your goals of treatment and advanced directives.  If you have a caregiver or family member who plays an active role in your health care, it is best that they are present for your initial visit.
